We want you to love your Kotn essentials, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email, then securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or one of our retail storefronts.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
